Agent Pendrell downloads data from five different Jeremiah Smith's work stations at the Social Secruity Administration. Pendrell finds over seven hardrives full of unidentifiable files. These files are all locked in a password form. After Scully does some digging of her own both she and Pendrell were able to determine that these files were actually records of small pox vaccinations that had taken place in the US over the past 50 years. Scully and Pendrell have biopsies done on their smallpox scars and found that one of the proteins contained therin there might actually be some class of a marker. They hypothesis wildly that this marker may have been used to catalogue every child that have received a small pox vaccination.
